A Hard Reset will remove all data and reload the Operating System clean and with no password. The Reset is done with the tablet turned off, so you don't need a password to do it.

Turn off the device. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power keys. When the Alcatel logo displays, release both keys. Use the Volume Up/Down keys to navigate to wipe data/factory reset.

Take it to a service center and upgrade the software.

You should try once factory reset the tablet, if not help then sound card needs to be replaced.
