Check you have charged it for at least 30 minutes.
Press and HOLD the power button in the ON position for a slow count of 30.
Ignore whatever happens and just keep it held on.
Now go drink a cup of tea and let it calm down.
Now touch the power button as normal to turn on.
It will only fail if you fail to hold the power button in for a slow count of 30.
You MAY need to do this 2 or 3 times.
