If you start the car ,leave it in park,push on the brake pedal very gently,
if it slowly fades, the master cyl. is bad.
If not,has to be air,just take the master cyl. cap off,and open a bleeder,let gravity do the rest(rears first) takes awhile but all the air comes out. Pumping the brakes to bleed tends to "whip"air bubbles into the system,

It's when there is the wrong voltage between the electric throtlle body, and the electric gas padle assemblys. Either there is something wrong with the throttle body electric motor, the gas padle was disconnected, or there might be something else Im overlooking.
You need to be aware that some diagnostic equipment can put out spurious fault codes which are extremely misleading.
brake lockup. due to tight torance from the brake padle to the master boot. loosen the nut on push rod behind the brake padle and decrease the rod travel.
as far as the clutch, you may have the same problem.
do a serach in the Internet for the tolerance. usually is 1/8 to 1/4"

basically you put a small screwdriver down on of the holes in the top
of the paddle, i think the 3rd one, to push the metal drum tab down
enough to be able to pull the paddle towards you and out of it's slots.
carefull not to push the tab down too far as it will bend inside the
drum and isd pain to bend back again.
Are you pressing down on the brake padle when you are trying to get it out of park? If that don't work check the fuses & there may be a relay that's may be related to a safty divice to the stick shift. If you don't press the brake padle the stick shift will not release so if you leave the car running a child could not push in gear. The lock silinoid is at the gear console
