I purchased a Gold's Gym Trainer 480 without a key. I used a bigger magnet and the screen blacked out and motor is squeeking. I purchased a key but still not working? Any suggestions?

I don't think its the magnet. Seem like something else may be going on. You may also have picked up some metal inside the console which then shorted something out inside.

2003 s10 blazer cranks no start . when I was trying to test the crank sensor signal wire I found 10 volts present with ignition on not cranking. the ground wire has 12.5 with the key off and 12.21 volts...

Will a scan tool communicate with it or on the screen does it say NO COMM ! That's how you test a PCM/ECM . If no comm ,check power an ground's ,that's it .
Why were you messing with the crank sensor ? If the fuel pump primes for two seconds there is nothing wrong with it . When cranking the engine the PCM/ECM will only energize the fuel pump if it see's an input from the crank sensor ! You will not see 12 volts on the crank sensor signal return wire ! Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor
The CKP sensor is a three wire sensor based on the magneto resistive principle. A magneto resistive sensor uses two magnetic pickups between a permanent magnet. As an element such as a reluctor wheel passes the magnets the resulting change in the magnetic field is used by the sensor electronics to produce a digital output pulse. The PCM supplies a 12-volt, low reference, and signal circuit to the CKP sensor. The sensor returns a digital ON/OFF pulse 3 times per crankshaft revolution for the V6 engine, 4 times for the V8 engine. The CKP sensor reads the crankshaft mounted reluctor wheel to identify pairs of cylinders at top dead center (TDC).

I have C280 Mercedes Benz. The car starts, but the engine dies after about 20 minutes.

Symptoms look like thermal instability of either the cam shaft position sensor or the crankshaft position sensor. Sometimes these sensors can fail by outputting reduced voltage with temperature increase so they appear to works fine at start up but fail when the engine reaches running temperature. I think the the cam sensor is Hall effect and the cam sensor magnetic:

2 pin socket (magnetic - sine wave output). One pin is 'ground' the other is 'signal'. A voltmeter set to 2 volts AC (note) should measure a signal in the 0.2 to 2 volts range on the 'signal' pin.

3 pin socket (Hall effect, magneto - square wave form output). One pin is 'reference' (5volts), one pin is 'ground' and the third pin is 'signal'. A DC (note) voltage should be detectable in the 0.5 to 1.5 volt range from the 'signal' pin.
It is important that the voltage measurement take place at start up when the engine is cold and again, 20 minutes later, when the engine has fully warmed up to operating temperature. These devices do not often fail and are expensive if purchased from the the Mercedes dealership, shop around on-line or try a breakers yard.

What is sensor magnet in LG 6.5 kg washing machine? Recently I got a dE error and when technicians attended, they said, there was problem to closing door lid. To resolve this, technician replaced sensor...

The machine has a small magnet on the front of the lid. There is a sensor (Hall Effect probably) in the electronics block that senses if the magnet is there (lid closed) or not there (lid open). They aren't that well attached and seem to fall off and wind up in the wash, which means they get lost when the washing is being hung out.
The machine will not start without the lid closed you get a dE error code which means the lid is not shut. You can trick it temporarily by putting a small round magnet inside the front housing if you don't have a proper replacement, as the real one needs to be quite strong. Not sure what they cost, my husband just did the 'trick' to our daughters machine, but a small button magnet wasn't strong enough to trip the sensor from the lid position, he had to stick it right next to the sensor.
Shouldn't be that dear, you can buy blocks of very powerful neodymium magnets in varying sizes for under ten dollars.
