Hello. When you say it drains at the same time, is the drain pump coming on? THIS IS IMPORTANT! If the drain pump is *not* being activated and water is draining, it means that a siphon is happening in your drain hose--this can happen when there is too much drain hose inserted into the wall drain--no more than 8 inches should ever be inserted into a wall drain, no matter how long the drain hose is for this very reason. YOU CAN FLOOD YOUR HOUSE. What happens is, is the water going out is SLOWER than the water being poured into the washer to fill it--the computer lets water in, takes a reading, then if it senses that it needs more water, it turns on the valve again. A siphon keeps dropping the water level. What will happen is the water in the tub will eventually overfill and flood. It's very important to have the height of the wall drain near the height of the washer also. NEVER CUT A DRAIN HOSE. However, if the drain pump *is* being activated, then you very well might have a problem with the electronic pressure switch which is the sensor that tells the computer how much water is in the tub at any given time. Hope I helped you!

If it's really as you described, when draining at the same time filling up, then it's a problem in the main control board. You'll need some electronics knowledge to repair it, or just replace the main board

I think your water valve is bad , change it

Hi,
No you just need to get the drain hose up higher...the water is siphoning out and is either caused by the end of the drain hose still in water and not having an air gap or the hose is not going up higher then the top of your washer...
Lifting the hose up should give you an air gap and get the hose high enough to stop the siphoning...

Need to check during the wash cycle that the power goes to the motor during the rinse or spin cycle. Try and see if you can manually go to the spin cycle without the fuzzy logic. If so the program controller unit is a suspect as the microprocessor internal memory is faulty and executes the program with error or no output.
