Depending on why your tablet is frozen, pressing the "Power" button -- sometimes called the "Sleep/Wake" button -- might turn it off. Some tablets give you the option to restart or shut down; if you have this choice, pick the option to shut down the tablet completely. If pressing the button once doesn't do the trick, hold it down for 15 to 20 seconds -- this often forces the tablet into shut-down mode.
Press the Power button longer until your tablet shuts down. If you can restart it, find a cache cleaner software to clear the cache for more space. Sometimes, the cache takes up nearly all the available space from the tablet's ROM. This slows down the tablet considerably and also causes malfunctioning of the OS.

Navigate to "Wipe Cache" and press the POWER button
10) It should take you back to the recovery menu. Simply press the POWER button while highlighted on the "Reboot system now"
