Remove oil drain plug and oil fill plug to drain oil. E. Install oil drain plug and tighten securely. F. Fill oil sump with recommended oil. See "OIL & FUEL.

Valsi 7500 watts/13hp tecumsa engine. Was running fine and then started surging like it was going to die and then it ran out of gas. Put fuel in it and now it wont start. Gets fire and has plenty of gas. Problem???
