When you call, are you just calling the number, or are you logging in as the user? You have to log in as the user to get access to the controls. Once you do that, select the "other options" command, and empty not just new messages, but saved messages too. If that doesn't work, contact your provider.
hi, press 2 to play messages .... at the end of the message it will ask you to delete press * 4 .... to save press * 3 and so on ... as to what you want to do with your messages ... hope this helps .

Depending on how your razr is set up, you should be able to click on the "settings" button, then click the "tools" option, which will open that sub-directory, then scroll down to where it says "voice records", open that, and then click the menu bar (the one that looks like a flat bar like --- ) and then it should give you the option to delete it.
The erase button is on the right hand side of the recorder. When you are on the message that you want to delete, then hold the erase button down. The message will start to play and an erase message will flash. Push the erase button down again and it will delete the message. Continue to do this for each message until you have the desireable amount of free space.
