I have an electrolux washer/dryer and the start/pause button is flashing,done the error code trst and seem to come up with error code e51, the washer has stopped just prior to the final spin, help ??

Sounds to me like the motor has gone out.

I see many posts about Error Codes that aren't in the user manual. Here's what I found: Go to Google and type in "Electrolux Error Codes" and you will find the following site. It details an Electrolux Service Flash that helps with error codes that don't appear in your user manual. Good Hunting!

That is a generic error code - please reset the unit at the household circuit breaker for about 10-15 minutes, and then retry the unit. No difference - please consult a professional.

* Wake the washer by pressing any button. * Wait 5 seconds. * Press and hold the Start and Pause/Cancel buttons simultaneously. * All LED's will go blank and after a few seconds the control will signal the stored code using audible beeps and blinking LED's. The control will repeatedly signal the code, as long as the Start and Pause/Cancel buttons are pressed. A two second pause between repeats affords you the ability to make accurate counts to identify the correct error codes.

Try the following two buttons: press Options and Select together for 10 seconds (or until the LOC disappears). The pair of buttons held for 10 seconds also sets this control lock.

To find out the error code, turn the Program knob to the start position, Spin Only. Press Start/Pause to start the cycle. Press Cancel to stop the cycle and turn off the LEDs. Press Cancel again and within 5 seconds press and hold the Options and Start/Pause buttons until the LEDs start chasing. Then release the buttons. Turn the Program knob seven clicks clockwise from the Start position. The control will signal the last error code. To clear the error, press and hold Options and Start/Pause for 3 seconds. Then either unplug the washer for 5-8 seconds before plugging it back in. Alternatively, press and hold Options and Start/Pause together for a few seconds until the Wash LEDs appear.

Hi I exactly have the same problem.. seems to be a common issue with this Electrolux series.. Thought that Electrolux was serious brand but obviously quality is leaving our world.. did you fix the problem and how..?
