hey, friend, there are a lot of options to download Gmod among which I know torrents, proxy links, Steam (I remember Gmod was on Steam one time) and a wide variety of sites. However, not all the sites provide "clear" versions of this awesome and funny game, and, to be honest, I've tried to download this game from a lot of sites, and among all of the sites I found a full version of Gmod when I read the article "Why to Play Gmod Free on Pc". Frankly speaking I found this link even in 2016 and still it's in my browser bookmarks, because sometimes I have a nostalgia and I download Gmod simply to play, remember funny moments and relax...

Cant get my download screen to come up when i plug it in to my computer

When you plug the tablet into a computer, on the tablet, it should give you the option of how to connect. You need to select either as Hard drive or media share. You may need to go into Settings and look for "Connect to PC" and it may be set to always connect say as "Charge Only" you will need to change this.
