Reboot your pc and uninstall the games via the control panel...

The 'waves' might be your pointer trails: it can be disabled by going to your 'Mouse Properties' under the category of 'Visibility' , untick 'Display pointer trails'.

try a dvd on your tv.sounds like a signal source problem.if you see the wave playing a dvd then you have a defective digital main pcb or the panel is going bad.

This is a background for text, even though you aren't seeing any text at the time. Since it covers most of the screen, it sounds more like a demo mode screen than closed captioning. Go into your setup menu and make sure that neither of those is selected. If necessary, restore the factory settings. I'm assuming that this is coming from the tv itself, and that you don't have a VCR, Tivo, etc. Good luck!

do you happen to have any speakers of any size within about 3 feet in any direction of the tv?? move them if so, I have large speakers about 5 feet from my tv at home and i still get some distortion once in a while with red and dark green streaks.
