That serial number is for a 1943 - 1948 manufacture and most go for $250 - $300, in fair condition. More if it's a special model.

according to this site it was made in 1954, I'm thinking that the the enter column # is the beginning sn for that year.
choose your model on the left,
then scroll down to 54 you will see the sn beginning in the 200's & in 55 the beginning sn in the 207's.
Serial Number Data

Made in 1949. Value depends largely on condition. Take it to an appraiser.

It appears your Winchester was manufactured around the middle of 1919. See page 9 of the attached PDF.
