My office photo copier has turned from A4 to A3,changing it back to A4 has been a problem..what do i do?

It doesn't take A3 Paper and doesn't have a Tray No. 4.
A4R is just A4 in Landscape Mode, half an A3.

What is A4 and A4R?
The "R" indicates that the paper is set in the landscape orientation. Paper that can be set either in the portrait or landscape orientation. Paper that can only be set in the landscape orientation. 8-1/2" × 11" A4, B5. 12" × 18", 11" × 17", 8-1/2" × 14", 8-1/2" × 13", A3W, A3, B4.

Can u plz Check Cleaning Blade and Mylar sheet for cut,
Check Charge Roller if gone bad.

if both seems to be ok, then change Drum Unit .

does it get jammed from draw #2? does a4 jam in tray 1 and by pass

on the drawer you need to set the paper wide sensor ( blue handle ) must be on A4, also you need to put back rails and stopper in A4 position.

ir2016 is allready A3 size copier.you can change tray setting.pull out tray from machine and then set A3 paper on it according to paper you must change blue lever position from A4 to A3.then close your tray.now you can work with A3 size paper
for double side copying you must be installed a "duplex unit" which is not come with standard machine.It is an optional unit.after that you can make double sided copying.

pls... change the a3 photo paper to 230 gsm because the sensor can not load because of the thickness of your photo paper. change it to small gsm.

Have you set up the page as A3? If so, should be ok if you set the printer paper size to A3. If you set up the page on A4 you will need to tell the the printer to 'scale to A3' and it's best to say you want to preview before printing

most are set by the trays itself, when you adjust the "guides" that go against the paper it adjust some levers on the side or back of the tray which push on some sensors behind the tray.
Some however you need to turn a dial in the tray to the paper size you need.
make sure the guides are snug against the paper, the dial or settings are correct and that there is no paper behind the tray.
Also I'm not sure what country you are from but in the US we do not use A4

Put A3 in the paper tray and select reduce and enlarge and set to 141% this is A4 up to A3 then press start this should help.
