My 2008 nissan altima wont accelerate but stalls and takes a minute to start moving slowly even when flored on the gas penal and it makes a whining sound?
Wont accelerate right even when i have the gas pedal to the floor takes at least 30 seconds for it to even to try and move and its making a whining sound when it turns on

Hoses should be changed in pairs, because if one leaks, the other will leak not too long afterwards. You may have air in the system, or the pump may have failed. When you are bleeding the system, you have to have the car jacked up at the front and turn slowly full lock left, and full lock right.
first look at the drive belts in the engine bay
check the powersteering fluid level
top up if required
if no better
other things under the bonnet needs checking
A vehicle that slows down and accelerates on it's own, sounds as though it is having issues with the cruise control. It slows itself down and speeds up in order to maintain the designated speed. That is where I would start my diagnosis.
you call it the serpentine belt, we call it the fanbelt.it,needs tightening,slightly loosen the alternator, then pull away from engine and tighten belt, tight enough when you can move longest part of the belt, between pulleys, 1/2 inch in/out.
if squeel re occurs fit new belt.
