I load washer it starts the wash cycle it goes through wash cycle fine drains water but does not collect water for rinse cycle it just idles. So I turn knob to spin and it spins until done.

Does water drain when washer goes from wash to rinse or is it just at the end after rinse. It could be a switch on the cycle timer not working if it doesn't pump out at all. If it doesn't pump out at only the end maybe one of the cams on the timer that makes the switch to dump water is loose or broke.

If this is a brand new product, I suggest that you MUST call for warranty assistance from their depot.
This can be related to failure or error of the controller, fault in the inlet or water level sensor which must be done free of cost.

The first thing I would check is shut off the cold water valve at the wall and remove the hose at the washer.carefully pry out the little screen in the inlet and clean well,reconnect hose and turn water back on FH is a water inlet issue I am hoping that what is happening is that when the washer starts its wash cycle it is probably filling with warm (hot) and cold water at the same time even though it might be mostly hot,but when it comes time to rinse (cold water ) there is not enough to make the computer happy and you get your FH error.. When the washer initially fills for the wash, is it only hot water entering the drum? Try switching the water temperature between hot and cold as it fills. If any of them show little or no water getting through, it sounds too easy but check to make sure water supply taps are on, and that the cold/hot fill hoses aren't reversed. Remove the fill hoses and check any of the screen filters for blockage (in the hoses and in the inlet water valve). When the machine stops and waits to fill but all you hear is a hum, it sounds like there is power going to the valve but water is not able to get through it.

your washers drain hose is too far down the drain pipe which is causing a siphoning action pull the washers drain hose out pipe some you should be able to hear water dropping into the pipe the reason it only happens in the rinse cycle is because the water from wash is being drained and before the water vacuum is broken the rinse water comes in causing it to keep draining

It sound like you drain hose is siphoning off the rinse water, It needs a standpipe make sure the drain hose is at about the height of the top of the washer, Make sure the drain hose isnt stuck in the drain it also needs an air cap. the drain hose should not lay on the floor to run to the drain

ck wiring to motor be sure all conections are tight lid switch is ok since will agitate also ck control bd for connections most likely suspect all ck ok is control bd itself

If it doesn't fill for the rinse, I would say that the cold inlet valve has failed. Check that the cold tap is turned on and check when the machine fills for the wash cycle and see if it is taking hot or cold water. You will probably find that it is filling only with hot water. A local spares store should have the valve you need.

Ok the only thing is that where I live we only wash with cold water. And my washer is estate whirlpool #4561669. I live in puerto rico we don't have hot water heater.

Not sure about your model. Some cold fill only machines have a single valve that is split into 2 or 3 inlets inside the machine. The part of the valve that allows water in for the rinse may have failed. A spare parts Agent would know when you ask for a valve for your model. Cheers and good luck.
