I seem to have created two accounts and want to delete one of them
First off, who created that duplicate account? If it wasn't you who created it, then that's a poser account created to impersonate you. Report it as 'pretending to be me'. Tell your Facebook friends to report it too. Or use your other accounts to report that duplicate account.
Oh, I don't normally do this, but could you give me the URL of that duplicate account? I could report it for you.

block in which sense. may be they blocked ur one email id, use another email id, to create new.

which account you can't access?Is is the Facebook or Msn account? If you can access your msn account, you need to change your password immediately and use your email to access the Facebook account. Now, if you can't access your msn account, click on 'Forgot your password' and restore it by anwering questions (your question you saved when you first did this account)

you cannot delete account but u can deactivate it..go to setting then to account and select deactivate

Easy and quick version!
Log in to facebook
click account top right corner and then on the list press account settings
you will then see a list of things come up, at the bottom you will see deactivate account! press that, please note as the person above stated dont log in for two weeks and then you account will be succesfully deleted

Under my account settings there is an option to deactivate the account. Other than manually deleting every profile wall post, videos, etc., this is about all you can do.
