SAMSUNG NP-N100S running very slow with windows 7, programs are getting hung up..... can anyone help to sort this out

have viruses checked by doing a full scan if not then do a clean installation to clarify that your laptop does not need an upgrade, if still the same after virus scan and clean installation, then upgrade your RAM.

You could run the chkdsk disk utility Click start run type cmd then type chkdsk/r/f which will scan for and attempt to repair any bad sectors and automatically fix any corrupt files on your Hard Drive. or an easier way to run the chkdsk utility Click start control panel administrative tools computer management ,disk management right click on your drive select properties click tools click check now click start two boxes automatically fix files and scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors place then a tick in both boxes then select check now, start should schedule this task when restart have no input while the chkdsk utility is in progress any input may further damage your computers Operating System and Hard Drive http://download.cnet.com/jetclean/3000-18512_4-75627788.html JetClean tidies your registry, gets rid of junk files, deletes broken shortcuts, and attempts to give your computer that like-new feel again. also download the registry cleaned cc cleaner

After my computer has been on for a little while my desktop icons quit working. You can click on them and they don't work. The menus still work just no icons

Try restarting your computer, do the icons work? Also try setting your computer to not go to sleep and see if the issue happens after the computer sets for awhile. Remove all the shortcuts on your desktop and then replace them (you can make a shortcut by right clicking on a program and selecting "create shortcut"). Click the start menu, click "run", then type "explorer.exe" into the box and hit enter. If issue still persists try doing a repair install with your windows installation disc (instructions can be found on google). try{for(var lastpass_iter=0; lastpass_iter

Thank you for contacting Acer America. I apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced. I suggest you try reinstalling the software and driver for the OrbiCam. I am providing these instructions below.

1. Move your mouse over the Empowering technology widget and click on the eRecovery Manager icon or you may also press ALT and F10 on the keyboard to start the program. Please note: The first time you access the eRecovery feature, you are prompted to create a password. If you forget it then you will have to use the recovery discs to reformat the system.
2. In the next window look at the bottom of the window and choose Restore.
3. Now choose Reinstall Applications/Drivers
4. Choose Install
5. Click on Windows Vista on the left side of the page
6. Choose Applications and then choose CCD. It may also be under Camera in the drivers section.
7. On the right click the install link and follow the prompts.
8. The system may restart when installation is complete
Do not allow the system to shut down during this process. Plug in the AC adapter if necessary.

Respectfully,
Acer America

How to completely dismantle a Hobart N50 or KitchenAid Model G

If you only want to service the unit and not open the case, you can add grease through the gear shifter plate opening once you remove it. if you have a grease gun with a flex nozzle that's a bonus.
If not it is a messy job. Keep lots of paper towels at hand and use a narrow spatula to get the grease inside. Get as much in as you possibly can.

To remove planetary, with pin removed, spray a bit of wd-40 or other penetrating oil into where the pin came out of let it penetrate for a few minutes. Plan-A Take two screwdrivers and gently try to pry the planetary away from the body of the mixer. Plan-B Add a bit more lubricant to the shaft pin area and install a beater, then try prying with one screwdriver while putting downward pressure on the beater, alternate prying on both sides of planetary. Excessive force at the planetary top can/will crack it as it is a molded piece of metal. If you found this solution helpfull, please rate it. Good luck.

World of Warcraft Error #0

You have to repair your game.

1. Go to the Repair Tool in World of Warcraft folder > repair.exe

2. Right Click the World of Warcraft Shortcut > Properties

3. Click Find Target button in the bottom left of the Shortcut tab. This will display the World of Warcraft folder.

5. Double Click on Repair program and choose the Reset and Check files option.

6. This will create a backup of your WTF, WDB and Interface folders before resetting them and then begin scanning your installation.

Safe mode....unsafe.

Your PC is stuck in safe mode startup

I would suggest using the Windows Disk, if you have one, go through normal windows installation. At the point of installation just after pressing F8 it will detect windows exists and offer you a repair option press R to repair

Acer orbi cam

There is a utility bar that you can install that lets you change the default application folder:

** Note ** When the My Pictures or Pictures folder gets full, camera will not work - Cut and Paste all pictures in that
folder to another folder and restart Orbicam program.

If that does not work then do this:

Start - Programs - look for Acer Empowering Technology then Acer E-Recovery - The look at the bottom and you will
"Backup", "Burn disk" and Restore" choose Restore - choose Apps and Drivers at the bottom of Restore tab (it will say
extracting) - once extracted - click Install - click Vista or (XP) on the left - click Drivers - click Camera or CCD - on the
right side of the screen, then look for Bison driver or (or your model which can be found in device manager - control panel - system - device manager - Imaging devices) you have then click a phrase that has something like "Install now", follow on screen instructions. Then repeat steps above and instead of driver choose Bison (or your model which can be found in device manager - control panel - system - device manager - Imaging devices) Utility
