Message nf has come up and the washer has stopped. what do i do

I believe you have a Samsung washer. NF means that the washer is not filling with water. Please check if the water supply faucets are opened.

nf =not filling , not enough water to machine

nF--Washer tried to fill but was unsuccessful
maybe a faulty water valve

water fill valve screens may be plugged filling too slow or valve may be bad or is one of the hoses turned off

nf is no fill
with samsungs most of the time its a bad resistopr on the cold water vale itself,
check your screens though

if water flow is OK from the supply, remove the top cover and check the pressure hose that runs from the tub to the pressure sensor. They have a tendency to come loose on these machines. That is what my problem was...Always unplug power before removing covers...

Since I haven't heard back on this in over a week, I will assume it's been resolved with the clarification questions.

nF means that washer tried to fill but was unsuccessful. Water supply valves needs to be fully open. Lines may be kinked or screen by the hose hookup at the washer end may be restricting flow. Check to ensure the screens are cleaned by removing hose and pull screens and clean them then try the washer again
