Control Panel just keeps flashing and wont start?

Reset the Control Panel
A power surge or outage may cause the "Clean" light to flash continuously after power is restored. Pressing the buttons on the panel in order and within 5 seconds resets the control panel and turns off the flashing light. The buttons must be pressed in the following order: "Heated Dry," "Normal Wash," "Heated Dry" and "Normal Wash." After pressing the buttons, your Kenmore dishwasher will begin a short, 12 minute test cycle and reset the control panel.

Door Switch
A broken door switch can keep a Kenmore dishwasher from operating correctly, resulting in a flashing "Clean" light. Testing the door switch requires removing the door panel to access the control panel holding the switch in place. A continuity tester can determine if the switch has failed once you remove it from the door. Replace the switch if it fails to pass the continuity test. Make sure to disconnect the electricity to the dishwasher before accessing the switch.

I have a Maytag MDB7100AWS which suddenly started blinking the following LEDs: Clean, Rinse Only, Regular Wash, Tough Scrub and Heated dry. Tried cycling the breaker, no help. Tried the key sequences in the troubleshooting sheet behind the kick panel, no help. Then happened to press the Drain/Off button twice. All LEDs went out and am now on my second successful load, fingers crossed. Suspect the control board got latched up somehow.

press and hold the lock button down for 3 seconds and it should unlock. if it does't then the electronic control is malfunctioning.

PF error code means power failure and is displayed when the circuit board also known as the electronic control board goes bad and needs a replacement. Before replacing the control you can also check the thermal fuse which is inside the rear panel on the blower wheel housing and replace if it reads no continuity. i have maytag neptune wash,modelo mah5500bww,my problem is: no starting,flashing start/pause button,after ten minutes is off.And now is ready for start when press start/pause button

We are having the same problem. We have the Neptune dryer MDE5500AYZ. The control panel doesn't come on. We know it's getting electricity as the light in the dryer is on. Is there a reset button in the dryer?

the motherboard likely needs to be replaced. this is a major issue with maytag side-by-sides and its likely that maytag makes that model for kenmore. Cross your fingers, call sears repair, and hopefully they can have it working again within the next month.
