Why is my iphone 5s screen erratic

My iPhone 5s screen has started behaving really erratically. It kind of goes into zombie mode and does its own thing, often typing strings of random letters or opening apps on its own. It also fails to react to my touch until I switch it off and on again. I've had the phone for about 20 months and until now have loved using it. Others have suggested taking the cover off, which I've done but it doesn't help. It was happening on iOS 8, I upgraded to 9.0.2 but that hasn't helped. Does the screen need changing?

Maybe something made it slow down. I recommend you a factory reset

DVDXCOPY has been shut down for many years, their are a few people still selling it knowing it can't be activated. Their were a few sites that carried activation codes that worked.
