In your phone settings you will have a master reset or factory reset,you will need your phone code to do this.

So i got a Net10 cell phone from a good friend. There were no papers but it was a brand new phone. My memory on my sims card is completly full so i can not take pictures or record music. I need a master clear/reset code, but since Im unable to reach my friend. Is there another solution or way I could find it out online?

you could look for a reset switch, the settings mite be in the settings of the unit,
just remove the battery from the unit, than turn it on until all power is gone from the unit, wait few more minutes, than plug the batteries back in set up phone.

If you can boot the phone go into the settings app, click privacy or backup/restore and then click factory data reset. If you can't try to go into recovery mode.

How do I reset a motorola vu204 cell phone back to the original factory settings?
You can permanently erase all user data stored on the phone, and reset settings to factory defaults by performing a Restore.
To perform a Phone Restore:
  1. Tap Menu
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap Security
  4. Enter your 4 digit unlock code. (Default 1234, 0000, or last 4 digits of your phone number)
    Tap Done
  5. Tap Restore Phone
  6. Tap Yes when prompted with the following message Permanently Erase All User Data & Reset Settings To Factory Defaults?
Note: You will have to dial *228 after the phone power cycles to re-program the phone.

I have lost my router User Id and Password. So is there any way to fix it or i need to get a new router...
In the back of the unit there is a reset button, you need to hold it in for 30 seconds, this will set everything back to the default setting.

Your default settings are
user--admin

password- motorola

You will have to run through the settings to set up the router again.

My motorola v3m will shut down or sometimes screen will be black but keys are still lit up and I have to press on button several times to get it to fully boot up again.
You should try resetting the handset back to its original factory settings and see if this helps, if not maybe you need to flash your handset with the original firmware
