Hey there! Because of your particular situation, you may have to perform a hard reset, as it seems the update process didn't complete successfully, leaving your tablet with a corrupt operating system. Before attempting this, please have the tablet charged up all the way so that the reset can complete fully without interruptions.

Icloud login after account locked out for security reasons

Try this:
If you can't remember them your codes; then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox) - but some recent posts are saying that Apple have temporarily suspended the reseting of security question/answers whilst account security processes are improved, so it may take longer.

I hope this helps. I use Outlook notes to keep track of my passwords; I have SO many!

How do i reset my tabeo?

If any problem arises in computer, we are habituated to format the PC. The same applies to laptops also. But when there is any problem in your tablet PC, there is no other option except factory resetting. It is similar to formatting. When your tablet gets infected with some virus, or when you got it locked accidentally, or if you feel that your tablet PC is running slow, you might have to go for hard resetting or factory resetting. You might opt for hard resetting due to various reasons, but the procedure of resetting is similar in most of the tablets. First of all, when you are going for hard resetting of the tablet, you have to check whether the manufacturer of your tablet has mentioned any special procedure for it.
In most of the cases, the procedure will be same on all Android tablet, unless specified. You can check the official website of your tablet manufacturer or can also go through the manual book given at the time of purchase of the tablet. If nothing is specified, you can carry out the generalized process. For factory resetting your Tabeo tablet, you have to go to 'settings' page. In this menu, you can find an option for 'hard reset'. If you click or tap this menu, you can get a new options where you will find option for hard reset. In this list, you can also find the option for hard resetting. If you select that option, the tablet will ask for confirmation.
Once you confirm, the tablet will perform factory resetting. Factory reset or hard reset will wipe of the data present on your tablet. So, it is very much necessary that you take back up of the data present on the tablet before heading for resetting. It is a good idea to keep the back up of all the files regularly so that you can go for hard resetting at any time, if the tablet gives any problem.
