Im trying to reset my tablet because when I was in the process to reset it the first time it died on me, and for some reason now my tablet will not go past the load up screen

it asks that for security reasons so others or thieves cant just try to reset the tablet for themselves --its like an iphone you bought a locked tablet

Try this:
If you can't remember them your codes; then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.

i get this when i boot it up unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped ok what does this mean

• Ensure that the Samsung tablet is powered off.
