Use the disk or install program to reinstall it and then uninstall it. If you have neither then download iobit uninstaller from iobits home page and use the power uninstall option after basic uninstall finishes. Ibit Uninstaller 5

Testimonial: "Hi Veggie? I downloaded the iobits free uninstaller and it scanned my computer, but it didn't uninstall MS Office 2013. They offered Advanced system care for $15 and I got their technician to remote control my machine, still without successes. He suggested a manual removal by a certified tech. I decided to download Advanced System Care and just followed the instructions to remove Office, it took a while, because it scanned the registry and a lot more, than it started to delete Office. After a while it stopped, but the Office app was still there. I booted and did it again, but this time I clicked on another button and it worked, the app was removed from the Control panel. The only thing that was left were the Office updates and because they are not part of the Office App it can't be deleted, but I don't care. So thank you for your help. It saved my day."

How come after deleting trial of office 2013 I cannot access my old 2010 word starter programme

that is happening because you have both installed at the same time 2010 and 2013, since 2013 is newer it takes over the file extension, upon removal of 2013 windows will no longer know how to open the files even so you still have 2010 starter installed, just go to control panel - uninstall a program - and look for office 2010 starter in the list of programs that will show up, click on it and there will be a option to remove or reinstall/repair. click on it, office will give you the option to uninstall or repair office, choose repair and wait when the installer is done you should be able to open your documents again.

Win32 error when opening a document

This issue may occur due to the following reasons:
  1. Word is not set as default program to open word documents.
  2. Multiple version of Office.
  3. Incorrect file Association.

To resolve this issue follow the below Steps:

Step1: Set Microsoft word as a default Program

1) Click Start -> Control-> Programs-> Programs and Features.
2) Check for the trial version of Office (e.g. 2007 Microsoft Office System, Office Home and Student 2007etc.)
3) Uninstall the trial version.
4) Right click on Word document -> Properties->Change-> select Microsoft Office Word->click ok at the bottom.
5) If Microsoft office word is not available there, click on Browse->Computer->c:/Programsfiles or Program filesx86 (for vista 64 bit) Microsoft Office-> Office 12->Select Winword.exe-> click ok.

If problem still occurs then use system utility tool to fix this error instantly. I would suggest to use an authorized software like Intel Software Partner Reginout.

I can't open my microsoft office?

You can install the MS Office Application using the Discs you have by following the steps below:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/install-or-remove-individual-office-programs-and-components-HA001234067.aspx?CTT=5&origin=HA010173340

If you do not have the MS Office Discs, then you can download and install the Trail version of MS Office in your Computer from the following link:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/try/try-office-2010-FX101868838.aspx?WT.mc_id=MSCOM_bnr_enus_try

You can click on "Try it Now" for "Office Professional 2010" to download the Trail version.

The Trail version once expired, you may have to buy a license from Microsoft to continue using MS Office.
