Radio Shack may have the fans or can order it for you take the fan to a local Radio Shack store.

Bass went out

The 15 inch woofer is blown and you are hearing only the tweeter horn. I would definitely check that speaker on something else though, because the amps inside will also blow fairly easy, and you can't get parts for these. I would salvage what you can and move on. If both speakers work alone, check connections and amp. If you find that the 15 does work, then make an unpowered monitor. Behringer does not give any referencing of any parts. They have all special part numbers that you can't crossreference to find replacements. This is a marketing strategy to eliminate others from repairing, so you will buy another one. They think they would sell more but it just turns musicians away from their junk. The only piece of behringer equipment worth using is the FCB1010 controller and nothing else.

You can put just about any instrument through any amp. The difference in sound will be whether or not that amp was designed for the particular frequencies of that instrument. Also whether or not the speakers you are using are designed for those frequencies. When playing bass you need speakers designed to carry low frequencies (40 - 400 hz); mid-ranges and tweeters don't cut it. Set your instrument volume on the guitar at 70 - 90 % to get the most signal from the instrument. Set output volume on the amp at 50 - 70 %, then adjust gain on the amp to get required sound level. You're not likely to blow the amp, but you could blow the speakers if the amp delivers more power than the speakers can handle. With a micro amp check the output rating. It's possible you may not have enough power to get the sound you want and as you turn up the gain the sound will distort.

Behringer amp not working

I am afraid to give you bad news but behringer stuff is something that is very difficult to get parts for. The question you should be thinking is more, "Can you get that board?", "Can the repairmen at the service center get it?" OR, "Can you or the repairman get the parts to repair the board?" I have had this experience many times trying to repair behringer equipment and I can't even find a cross reference to a single transistor on a behringer circuit board, as if they don't exist. It seems that the manufacturer has most of their components custom made to their specs so they would be known as "genuine behringer parts" that they will not sell to a consumer. They don't want you to repair it, they want you to buy another one. It's the American marketing process. Think about it, Westinghouse wouldn't sell many light bulbs if they lasted forever. The best option you have on this is to make a 1-15 cabinet out of it, by drilling a hole for a 1/4 inch socket and wire the speaker to it and mount it, then you can put an amp head on top of it. Sorry. Didn't want you to go through a lot of time, travel, and aggravation to find this out the way that I did.

Not functioning..

I would check it with a different instrument cable AND bass guitar. If you end up with the same results, it's a thermal issue with the amp and will require factory authorized repair. The amp heats up and the intermittent component starts failing....more heat, more failure. It's not an easy fix and your Behringer repair shop will have their work cut out for them with this repair.

I have found that most of the time I can order through allparts.com, however you have to buy the Behringer 'brand' for lack of a better word. Their technology is proprietary, so its difficult to find any other company that sells replacement parts.

Most Behringer power amps throttle the fan based on temperature sensor(s). The fan will run as needed to prevent over temperature condition.
