Three things come to mind...
1 - you have more than one FB account and trying to log into the wrong one?
2 - password/ID incorrect?
3 - you have more than one email account and using wrong one trying to log into FB.
When your husband's account comes up, log out of it by clicking the little down arrow in the upper-right then clicking "Log Out." Then click the "Forgot your password?" link located just below the password box on the sign-in page.
If a different account comes up when you point your web browser at http://www.facebook.com, log out of it by clicking the little gear icon in the upper-right then clicking "Log Out." You can then log in on a different account.
