SOURCE: my samsung slim fit tv has a horizontal line which

cordless phone base was too close and was giving interference to the television moved away and solved

SOURCE: tv not showing picture but just horizontal line.

Failure of vertical output. Check vertical output components.

hello, I think that problems occur because the connection that has been cracked. If you have experience in electrical, resoldering on the pcb crt and vertical ic area.

Hi The problem of your teevision is what we called the vertical line problem.The problem is in the vertical section of the board.There are many of cause of that problem.First is either loose connection,the circuit at the vertical section have cold solder so its need to resolder using soldering iron.Second,it maybe no vertical supply,its better to check the 12 volts dc supply of vertical ic output.if thers no supply in the ic,there a open resistor near the flyback.try to replace.Third if theres no loose connection and have a voltage supply the problem is either leaked capacitor or deffective vertical ic output. Commonly in that problem is the loose connection,try to resolder the verical section.
