My machine wont wash my clothes, when you start the machine it starts
putting some water into the machine then the program skips straight to
drain. If I set a spin only cycle that works fine.

Did you fix this problem? We have the same with Zanussi ZWD 1472 W. It takes some water and stops after 2 minutes. We need to shut machine down and fill water manually. It works fine then.
Try filling it up with HOT water and vinegar use about 2 cups for a full load. Also take the hot and cold water hoses off the washer and check the screens for little sand like rocks that can block the water flow. I always use liquid and not the powder. Another thing is not to put the clothes in first. After you try the other things first then try to add the water first with the powder and then put the clothes in. Don't over load the clothes. This can cause the powder not to dissolve either. Hope this helps.
