To delete a voice mail you need to call you voice mail inbox, this is the number you ring to receive your voice mail. The mail service will play through your messages and give you a list of options so for example "Press one to save, Two to delete" or whatever, press the corresponding number and your message is deleted.
2
Next, access your voice mail messages by tapping the
"Voicemail" icon.
3
Look at your list of current voice messages. If you have any
messages that are eligible for recovery, you'll see an item at the very
bottom called "Deleted Messages". Tap on this to access a list of your
deleted messages.
4
You should now see a list of deleted voice messages. If you
see the message that you want to recover, tap on it and choose
"Undelete".
5
Your voice message will now be sent back to the main list of
current voice mail messages.
6
Repeat steps 1-5 for "each" message you wish to recover. This
may take time!

Hi, I have the same problem. I called the service provider, they left a voice message, which I accessed later and deleted from my voicemail box. This took care of it and I dont have that message on the screen now. I think you can just leave yourself a voice message and access it later and delete it. That should resolve it.
