Can the rollers be lubricated to stop squeaks and groans? If so, how?

You do not lubricate rollers directly. You lubricate the gears driving the rollers. I generally use white lithium grease.

Why do I get 3 groans during calibration accompanied by a 51.2m error ?

51.2 is a laser error.

there should be another number after the 2,

0 = black laser

1 = cyan laser

2 = magenta laser

3 = yellow laser.

The groan is most likely the polygon motor has lost its lubrication and may just need to be cleaned and re-lubricated.

You can also try reseating the connectors from the lasers to the DC controller PCB...

Squeaking suspention

The Explorer has an unusual front suspension called a Torsion Bar system (no springs). As they get older, they squeak and groan.
All the parts are put together with bushings between the metal parts, and as these get older, the get dry and inflexible. And this causes the groans and squeaks.
At worst, they can make your handling sloppy. A new set of control arms, tie rod ends and ball joints is about $200 in parts, plus 3 hours of shop time to replace them. When you replace these parts you also get new bushings which usually stops the noises.

My hp 2840 all in one laser jet printer squeaks when it is printing. How do I lubricate my 2840 HP laser jet printer?

Corosol technology is older,slower sounds also too high, it is not suggestible to lubricate the moving parts because of cartrides will move while printing result lot of toner particles raises in printer chamber,if this particles deposited on lubricated area will abstract the moving spares. If you can do the periodical maintenance, use silicon grease for moving parts..

I AM USING A BROTHER MFC 7340 SINCE 1 YEAR: NO PROBLEM EXCEPT WHEN PRINTING FROM PAPER TRAY, THE PRINTER SQUEAKS AND MAKES NOISE THAT IF ANYTHING ELSE WAS DOING THE SAME NOISE YOU WOULD THINK IT NEEDED...

The problem actually is probably due to needing lucubration. I would apply graphite lube to any rollers or gears in the user serviceable area. print 100 blank pages to make sure that the lube is spread thoroughly through the printer.

Good Luck!

Squeaking

the squeak is coming from the drum unit. If you take out the drum and rotate it by hand it will most likely give you the same noise. you may be able to stop it by pouring some toner on it, but in reality it is more annoying than a problem.
there is a blade that scrapes off excess toner from the drum, it is slightly dry and causes the squeaking, technicians usually use a special powder that looks like baby powder to "lubricate" the blade, and stop the noise.
