You'll have to log on to facebook using a computer. Then go into your account and change the associated number.

Point your web browser at http://www.facebook.com

If another account comes up, log out of it by clicking the down-pointing triangle in the upper-right then clicking "Log Out."

You need to sign in to Facebook, and right click at the top of the menu bar, where it says privacy or account info. And you need to tell them that you want to delete those 2 accounts. But you have to log in twice to do both accounts separately.

Tell your friends who were in the friends list of your old facebook account to look at your profile info for email id. That would be your login mail id. Enter that mail id in 'Forgot password' link and get confirmation code. Paste that as per mail instructions and get new password. Login with that password and mail id you received from friends and enjoy your facebook.

the only other way is to get back on the other account and go to the profile settings, somewhere in there is the option to close the account.

Wait to get an email response from Facebook confirming that your account has been permanently deleted. This should take a few days.

If you don't hear back from Facebook within a week, email them again. This time, not only email Facebook at [email protected], but also send an email to [email protected] and one to [email protected].

Finally, attempt to log in to your account once you get an email from Facebook. If you're unable to log in and don't get a message asking you to reactivate your account, your Facebook account has been permanently deleted.

you can try forgot password on facebook and give your email.you can get into your facebook from the mail by clicking the link which will be sent to your mail.thank you
