If your remote has a [CC] button, push it to turn the closed captioning/ subtitles on.
If there isn't a button on the remote, look through the TV's Settings Menu ( usually under Accessibility if your TV's Menu has that tab. )
If you can't find it, you may need to get yourself a cable box etc. With the feature.
With Roku and other streaming sticks you toggle the subtitles/ captioning on and off with the [*] button.
