Pavani Sharma, according to your explanation, there is two possibility of problem :1st hardware problem all keypad had a water damage that why it is not working you need to clean main board with alcohol and let it dry for 2 hours, if you don't know how to do it show some official repairer.2nd Software problem maybe your keypad is working properly without sim or with sim but is is freezing after some time. for this you need to do hard reset, for he hard rest first switch off device and then press and hold * 3 and green button and then power on wait until shows insert sim, if software problem persist then show some official repairer to fix for you.

I don't know the meaning of the code directly, but I got around it by setting up MAC filtering on my router (you go into your router's settings, get your DSi's MAC address, which you can get if you go into the system information, and add it to your router.

If you know the risks, try this ONCE and ONLY ONCE and let us know if it works. You have only 3 to 5 tries and then it will be hard locked. After that you will need a cable thing-a-me-jiggy to unlock it. It will still work on your Network so no big loss.

Note:If nothing happens. Some Phones require that you to insert a non accepted sim. Before you do this, make sure the sim you use does NOT have a security PIN CODE. If it does, reset the security code to default 12345 with the original phone. Insert a non accepted SIM and turn it on. 1. open your system...replug the hard drive connections.
2. you can see the battery on the motherboard...reseat it
3. rest your bios to factory defaults
4 after that initiate the format
