Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire dishwasher is flashing an "ER" error code on the panel. Typically, the "ER" stands for an error code sometimes to help clear out a false error code you can perform a reset on your dishwasher. In order to do that you would need to disconnect power from your dishwasher for approximately ten minutes.

I'm getting the same error. The hydro went out last night and I woke to the answering machine flashing and er message.
to the others - this is not a phone - it's an answering machine that attaches to any phone. It's the answering machine that gives the error.

dual xd1222 keeps saying ER-3 only selective cd's though
