How can I find an old Hulu app?

because its not on the latest iOS i think the iPad 2 goes up to iOS 8 the apps are on iOS 11had the same problem i had to buy a up to date ipad

Turn your ipad on and off and try again. If that does not clear it for you, you may have to update your ios system

I think a lot of the hulu apps were pulled from the market, i just checked google play store myself and don't see any official hulu apps available either.

Unless you used an original version of the PanGu tool, Cydia is installed by default with most all Jailbreak methods. I would recommend restoring the OS and then Jailbreaking again using PanGu (PanGu iOS 8 jailbreak tool pangu io)... assuming you're on iOS 8. Leave a comment if you're running an older OS.

you better setup the iPad as 'new' one with connecting the device to iTunes on a computer.
