Theres a rattling sound in my tv,i dont know what it is

From your description it sounds like the lamp bulbs needs to be replaced.

NOTE: DO NOT TOUCH THE GLASS PART OF THIS BULB. The smudges from your fingers can show up on the image projected onto your screen and make things look blurry.
Once you have the new bulb then turn off the TV and unplug it. On the back panel there is a rectangle on the left with a screw holding it on. Use a philips head screwdriver to loosen the screw then slide the rectangular panel to the left and pull it off. Inside will be the old lamp bulb. Use the screw driver again to remove the screw holding the lamp bulb in and pull the lamp bulb out (it may be hot). Insert the new bulb and then screw it back in. Place the panel back on and screw it back in as well. Make sure the screws are tight or the TV may not turn on. You can now plug the TV back in and turn it on. If done correctly this should resolve the issue.

It sounds like it could be a misfire problem which most likely is coming from your spark plug wires. I would recommend replacing those. If the check engine light is on, you might have the code pulled from a place that will do it for free like Autozone. This will help narrow down the problem.

I dont know what the horibile shaking you are describing they seem to ussually just loose a fuel pump or a ignition module. If its a knock or grind it wont help you. if its metalic its a rod or timing chain. a rod or piston knocks and or rattles around timing chain grinds and or motor spins faster than ussual. Good Luck

The metal shielding around your catalytic converter could be rattling or the rubber donut that holds the rear tailpipe could be bad. When your car is cold shake your tailpipe and see if you can reproduce the noise. If you can your tailpipe donut is likely bad. Three dollars at any auto parts store. If it does rattle when you shake your tailpipe then the heat shield for your convert could be loose. You need to tighten it up another piece of metal between it and the converter to keep it from rattling. If you hear the rattle when you go over bumps too then your exhuast is probably, loose. Crawl under there and stake shaking things, I am sure you'll find the problem

Hi,it could be that the filement inside the bulb shattered and that's why you hear that rattling noise.But it could also be the color wheel which is a disc looking that has a gamma of colors and spins and very high rpm.When its bad or shattered you will hear a high pitch sound or crackling sound.I will recommend to take out the lamp and look at it to see if its blown,if its not the next step will be to take a look at the color wheel.Here's how : http://guides.fixyourdlp.com/samsung/bp96-01579a.php Good luck and God bless your house!

If this is a DLP, which I believe it is, your bulb is blown. Look for an indicator light on the front of the tv. After you hear the bulb try to warm up two or three times the indicator light should come on and stay on steady.
I own a 57" Mitsubishi DLP and have replaced the bulb three times now. It was the latest and greatest technology when I bought it, but knowing what I know, I dont think I would buy another DLP.
By the way, get the bulb number then check ebay, by far the best prices.

my first question is have you checked the bulb. the loud pop sound like the bulb blew and the rattling sounds like the lamos trying to fire. remove the bulb cover and unscrew the bulb

the picture driver has gone bad, look on ebay for one,make sure it looks just like the one you have, or it could be the verisitor has gone bad it's a kool fix
