My laptop, a Model Number x83vm1, did the same thing. Insert the Windows installation disc that did the came with the lap top. Now, if you want to keep the files on the computer, click for repair installation. That should fix the problem.
hard formatting will solve your problem, turn of your phone then press *, call and 3 on your phone all in the same time then turn on your phone by still pressing all untill it boot for region input and thats it your phone is unlock but in all factry settings, make sure before formatting it that your battery is in full charge condition.
for nokia handsets lock code is 12345(by default) , but you have already tried for same .
i think some one changed the code .
so lets try another combinations like horizontal , vertical etc. ,(may it work but probably it will noy)
so if you urgentlly needed then you can upadate your software from any nearby service center so you code again reset to 12345.

Only way is to reset the Router to Factry settings.
Press the reset button on the bottom. But it has two modes one is just a reboot and the other is return to factory settings.a short press reboots it, if you hold it down for a few seconds until the power LED flashes between green and red, then release it, that will factory default it.Then you will be able to login.
Try to log in if there is any other admin account and try to can the password for the current account which is locked up.... from control pannel.... or Perform System recovery and take back the computer to factry setting... but looses all the data
