Look closely at the back of the TV where the screws are. All the screws with a raised arrow pointing to the screw location are the only screws you need to remove to get the back off.

Eco Power On/Off Eco Power On: Eco Power Off: Press the Next/Previous button to enable/disable Eco Power Mode. When enabled (On), the Sound Bar will go into standby after a period of inactivity. The sound bar will automatically turn off when no audio signal is detected. Off disables this feature. Note: Enable this function if using a TV remote to control the sound bar.

go into the main menu with your buttons on the TV & see if you can't find that reference to adjust. This would also be listed in the owners manual.

If it has sound, then its back-light has failed which is a service engineers work but may also be related to a screen fault in which case a new set is needed as cost of repair makes it not worth it.

If no sound then dare I say worse and mostly if more than 2 years old, not worth it, sad to say as parts do not linger very long other than major brand names most are generic badges on economy sets.

SCREEN IS BLUE WHEN YOU TURN TV ON SAYING NO SIGNAL

Are you on the correct Input? Make sure your Cable Box, DSS receiver etc is powered on, then press the "TV/Vid" button or "Input" button until you get a picture. IF you still don't, make sure your cables are connected to the TV & Box. If you still have a problem, post a comment with make and model of cable box. Hope this helps.
