Where do the two ribbon cables that come off the main board and run down to center of the frame on my LG 55 inch tv model # 55lm7600-ua I only see a place to attach one of the cables.

Check the voltages going to the TV main board first. If they are all good, replace the main TV board. That;s where the problem is.

Hi there. I would advise you to unplug your tv from the wall. Wait approximately 5 minutes. Hold down the power button on the tv for 15 seconds without the tv plugged in. This is what they call power cycling. If plugging back in the tv does not work; you might have a power board issue. A typical power board/circuit board repair runs from $25 to $125.

is defective LED back lights ASSY. You have to open the display panel & replace the burned LED strips.

Hello... No, it a Main board. If the T CON was the cause, all video would be affected, including the menus. This is not a guess... I work on TVs for a living, and have seen this symptom several times. It's always the Main board. I hope this helps!

To some model sets; especially LED back-lighted types; the back-light inverter circuit will be part of the main power supply board [SMPS]. In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement. To some models sets, the back-light inverter and SMPS section circuit will be integrated at its main board itself. If so; the main board should be replaced. To some models of sets, all these section circuit will be integrated at its main board. If this is the case, you have to replace the main board.

You cannot replace a screen that big. The manufacturers wont ship it to you. IT has to be done by an authorized service center.
