sounds like you have a defective oven controller. Be careful, this can be a fire hazard. I suggest you call a appliance repairman.

The "F0" fault code is indicating a shorted OFF key pad. A technician would determine if the problem is the Key panel or the Control board by disconnecting the ribbon connector and measuring the flat cable pins 13-14. It should be open and should measure between 100-150 ohms while pressing OFF key.

He would disconnect power to range before testing the key panel.

I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your range

if it is an E0-F2 error code then i believe it is for a bad control or keypad.. i would replace both.
