Question about Minolta Office Equipment & Supplies
We have a Minolta Ineo +251. We've activated the user authentication. When a user logs in to his workstation he set the authentication in the printer driver software. Everything works OK. After this he shutdown the workstation. Now another user is using the same workstation, sets the authentication and everything works OK. The day after the first user logs in again on the same workstation and has lost the authentication. He has to setup the authentication again. How is that possible.
I am assuming that each person ahs its own authentication, so check and make sure that each person is logged inside the machine under Adimistator Settings, check their accounts are set up
