You may not have AV ports, AV ports being the ports that you would plug in a yellow video and a white audio cable into, so you may want to take a look at some adapters. Maybe an HDMI to AV adapter?

Tmvel mini RCACVS 3 RCA Composite Video AV to HDMI Converter for TV PC PS3... This one may cost you a bit, but if you don't have AV ports, but do have an HDMI port, this should work.

you will need to use the RCA inputs at the back of the TV (yellow red and white plugs), if the DVD player only has a SCART connector you will need to get a scart to RCA cable.

NES AV to TV Hookup

Note: This type of connection is not possible with the newer-style NES.

Installation Steps:

Locate the Audio/Video inputs on the back of the TV.
Place the yellow end of the AV cable into the Video "in" on the back of the TV. Connect the white or red end of the cable to Audio "in" ("left" or "mono"). Use a slight twisting motion when inserting each cable and ensure the cables are firmly pressed into the input.
On the other end of the AV cable, plug the yellow end into the "Video" (yellow) input. Plug the white or red end into the "Audio" (red) input, on the back of the NES.
After the system is connected to the TV:

Insert the Game Pak firmly into the Control Deck.
Plug the Controller(s) into the front of the system. Use the far left port for player one.
Plug the AC Adapter into the back of the system . Plug the other end into a wall outlet.
Press the Power button in on the front of the NES.
Turn on the TV and locate the input select. It is often called: TV/Video, input select, AUX (auxiliary), Line, Line In, Input, Source, Select, In, or EXT (external). Switch the input select to show the Nintendo game.
The game image should now be displayed on the screen. You are ready to play!
If after following these directions you are not able to view the game (for instance, if the red power light flashes off and on), try our Troubleshooting Tips.

How do i tune the television to a nintendo nes game station

You will need a composite RCA video cable. On the right hand side of the NES, there should be yellow and white RCA connectors, plug the yellow and white ends on the cable into them, then plug in the yellow and white connectors on the other end of the cable into the equivalent connectors on the TV. Turn on your NES. Your TV remote should have a button labeled "Input" or "Video Input" or something like that, press it a few times until you see the game. Enjoy! (Don't forget to blow on the cartridge if the game won't start, LOL)

Orion tv without input/output plugs

from the looks of the picture you have one audio video input port on the front of the tv. The connectors are yellow and red or yellow and white. Yellow is video and red or white are audio. Find those same connectors on the back or your dvd player, hook it up to the tv and there you go. You'll have to go to game mode or input 2 on the tv to see the dvd player.

Having problems connecting dvd vcr combo to tv

Hey Pat. Red Yellow White Plugs into back of MVD4544. Red Yellow and white plugs into back of TV. If you have an older TV that has only coax cable outlet, go to Radio Shack or Best Buy and get an RF Modulator. You may need to get another set of Red Yellow White Plugs if you have a cable box. The front connections are Video 2, if placed on the back they are Video 1. When you first turn the DVD/VCR player on, be sure to select the appropriate setting. If you figure out how to timer record on this please let me know. No where in the 52 page book is there any info and their website is a joke. Good Luck.

Samsung CXD2512 TV/VCR Combo...Cannot hook up DVD player

We also don't have a remote. We hooked a DVD/VCR combo to the Samsung combo by attaching the cable from the cable line to the DVD player and an additional cable from DVD to TV and it used to work but after we lost the control, the DVD can only be listened to but not seen. The VHS from the DVD player works perfectly though.

When we had the remote (before connecting the other combo) we used line-in to see a DVD or VHS using the yellow red and white cables from the Samsung to the other player.
