Lint filters for simpons top loader is at the bottom of the center lift out piece in the agitator
just pull the lot up and the lint filter is a small pocket at the end of it

I have a Simpson eziset 950 top loader 7 years old when spinning it makes a very loud noise
You machine may have lost a spring. I would recommend removing the back and place all bolts in a cup. Do not forget to unplug first. Then take a look at any thing out of place.

Supply problem.
Check to see if water hose is plugged and test water pressure.Check water valve supply shut off.
See if filter is plugged.
Run full cycle w/no clothes in washer. Add 1 cup of vinegar,no soap.
