surely you got software with the all in one printer. if you have plugged in the printer before you installed the software then this sort of thing happens. if this is the case them un install the the printer completely switch off the pc wait ten seconds and reboot the system them install the software without the printer in. once software is installed then plug in your printer and the pc should recognise it.
You have not mention your Operating System(OS eg. x86bit or x64bit system), ie. different OS required different set of drivers. Your scanner device is not recognised probably due to drivers ie. not compatible to the OS.
make and model????? if you can print to the device the pc should recognise the scanner. if not unplug usb (if that is your connection ) and replug in. the plug and play feature in windows should recognise it and the driver should be installed. you may need the manufacturers own software to be able to scan.
first thing i would do is go to the control panel and see if theres any thing in the camera and scanner profile. Then go to the manufactures site and see if theres an updated driver for the printer. if so download the new driver then see if it recconizes the scanner. if that still does not work then you may have to run it in a different compatability mode. good luck
sure..sounds like you may need to reinstall drivers for both the webcam and printer..sometimes those drivers will go corrupt when there's a power glitch.
