You should be able to find all of the drivers and installation software for download at the HP support site:
HP PSC 1610 All in One Printer Software and Drivers

I've found the HP installs to usually be pretty user-friendly. If you're merely trying to download the printer driver, that is there as well.

I upgraded my Mac mini to Snow Leopard OSX 10.6.2. Reloaded the printer software but the printer wont print. THe printer is connected via USB. When I send a document it shows error on the printer queue....

Install hp psc 1610 without disc

you can go to the hp website, www.hp.com, then after that search the model (psc 1610) then you can see a link there, so just click it then download a driver to install

I have the same printer. It's awful. The software's worse.

But you can download it from http://www.hp.com.

Support and drivers

Download drivers and software (radio button at the top)

Type in PSC 1610 in the text box

Pick your operating system

And .. go. The Vista drivers are ~160mb. Ouch.
