What do i key in for 2 to power of 12??

Hello,
Between the x`squared key and the log key there is a key with an x with a raised small figure of a solid square. That is the key you use to enter arbitrary exponents.
  1. If calculator is in MathIO ( a Math indicator appears on the upper band of the screen), enter the base of the power (here 2). A number 2 with a raised empty square appears. The cursor will blink in the raised square. Enter there the exponent (here 12) and press [=]. Result 4096 appears at the bottom of the screen.
  2. If in LineIO (no Math indicator appears on the narrow band at the top of the screen), press 2 and then the key I talked about above. On the screen a number 2 appears with a hat and a left parenthesis. Type in the exponent (here 12) , the right parenthesis and press [=]. The calculator should display 4096.000...

In the exemples above I used 2^12. But you can enter any base (2, 3, 5.5, 16/47, ) and any exponent ( 12, 13/48, 0.007654, even negative values).

Code for sony dvd combo slv-d350p

I found this on a forum on line but it doesn't look promising. One person said this worked and one other said it didn't - only two entries though.

1)No disc & tray closed
2)Once the "Insert disk" message in the top-left side of the screen appears, press (in the remote) the Subtitle key and continue with 29334 in sequence.
3)A number(1 in my case)appears in the top-left side of the screen. I believe that this number represents the region code of your DVD equip.
4)Change the number by typing number 0.
5)To save press the "open/close" key and then Enter (small one at the top. Not the big one at the bottom!!)
6)Now check if it works.

NOTE: Other way to check if the change was successful, is to repeat steps 1 to 2. You should then see a 0 in top-left side of the screen.
