Having trouble pressing on glass to open some tabs

Make sure that your volume is turned up by tapping the volume up button at the side of the tablet, or check through Settings – Display & Sounds. If your speakers aren't working, try plugging in a set of headphones then unplugging them again, or soft reboot your tablet by turning it off and on again.

The screen replacement is available at Amazon. As stated in the description, no instructions included. Nice set of tools included; most not needed. Installation is pretty intuitive; once you see the new screen, you realize that it attaches to the front bevel with adhesive tape, with one electrical connection. You must remove the broken screen basically by gently prying around the edges with tool of your choice. I did see a video of someone using a heat gun to soften the adhesive, but I dared not and used a small hairdryer on occasion. Lots of broken glass pieces will be created, wear safety glasses and work on a protected surface. If I were to do it again, I'd use a shallow cardboard box like the ones on the bottom of packs of soda. This will prevent glass escaping. Be VERY careful when working near the LCD screen, it does scratch easily. Don't worry about the cable, just cut it when removing old glass. Once all glass removed, the Trio will snap open with slight pressure on metal tabs. NO screws involved. Clean bezel well, remove old cable, install new one , reinstall the power and volume piece at the top and snap case together. Simply replace screen by removing adhesive tape and gently pressing screen it in around edges. I think the new screen works better than the original. Be sure both new screen and LCD are clean before the final install. That's how I did it; others might have a better way. Be patient and careful about all the broken glass and it should work fine. 1. With the Samsung Galaxy TAB turned off, press and hold the VOLUME Down button, and then briefly press the POWER button.

Note: If you see "Downloading" on the screen with an Android shoveling you pressed the wrong Volume key. Remove and reinsert the battery and try again.

If u in nz ring 0800samsung. Where are you.?also can u be informative about your problem,personally im having troubles with mine now too and am thinking of resetting it or just replacing it with maybe an apple i pad, as when resetting you delete all data and photos etc .

To clear open tabs just press the x at the right side of them



If you want to clear the tabs at the bottom you would simply press on the double rectangle sign and swipe them to the right



If you want to clear notices the press on the area that shows the time and swipe them to the right hope I helped!!!

try changing the streaming setting or lower the value of streaming.

I havent ever used that specific tablet but i am preety sure that basically you would go to your settings, go into the wi-fi tab then select your school's internet

touch and hold on pressing the home key until a task manager note will pop out end the recent tasks or uninstall the programs that u suspect making problems. my galaxy was having problems with viber and what's up communication apps i uninstalled them and the problem was solved automatically

If you're referring to accessing your Google Account, you need to add your Google credentials upon signing in the first time with your Tablet.

If you are still having trouble with this, follow these steps: App Drawer > Settings > Accounts > Add Account > Enter in your credentials.

If you're referring to accessing Google like you would on a computer, just open the app drawer and use the Browser icon, then type your desired destination into the address bar. You must be connected to a WiFi or 3G connection to access the Internet though.
