Hello sorry to say but that is a low quality TV and the actual problem is that you need to replace the LED light strings inside the panel you most likely cannot do this yourself unless your very skilled. Call a local shop and explain that u need new LED strips on your Seiki TV and in the future do not buy TVs that are made by companies you never heard of before
