How do I perform a hard reset on a Polaroid S8 tablet

My grandmother has forgotten her password and cannot open her polaroid 8S tablet. I need to do a hard reset or factory reset. What is the best way to do a hard reset on a polaroid tablet. Model number: S8. FCC ID: RND-V8A20. If anyone can help me out on this, I would be very grateful I got this for my grandmother last year for Christmas. And now after 6 months she started having trouble with it. I asked her if she was having a good time with her tablet since it was getting time for Christmas again and she said that it wasn't working. So I need to do a hard reset and start all over. Again if you can help me out with anything, I would be very grateful !

Maybe try going to the router settings and changing the security settings. See if turning off wifi password solves the problem then turn it back on.
