When you say nothing happens, I wonder if the unit is making any sound at all or do you mean there is no water flow? If there is no water flow in your hot tub or spa then it could be just a simple air lock. Often when you drain your hot tub or spa you have to prime the system afterwards, this includes the pump but may also include the suction lines. The suction lines can develop an airlock in the upper portions of the suction line. To remove an airlock you simply force water into the suction line or release the air in the line by opening a union. Hot Tub Repair 101 What is an E6 or Error 6 Code Mean
Additionally, you could need new hot tub filters. If the filters are dirty and water flow is restricted your power pak may shut itself down as well. This can be as simple as cleaning your filters or replacing them. Hot Tub Filters
Here are a few things to consider
I hope this helps.

Hopefully you have not fried the motor. To free a stuck motor: try to reach past the strainer to the impeller and turn it. If you can't do that, remove the electric end cover and find a double flat for a wrench where the shaft goes into the motor. Or maybe you can remove the spring thing from the end of the motor and move the shaft with a pair of vise grips or pliers. Don't damage the place where the spring thing mounts. Don't try to move the motor with the plastic fan thing near the pump, you'll just break it, and then you really have problems.
To keep a motor from sticking, thru off season occasionaly spin the pump, just a few seconds will do, don't need water.

hi the capacitor needs replacing in the pump connection box, this needs to be exactly the same uF value as the one you are taking out.
Good luck!

Hi Mohn,
Don't know your geographic location, but where I am we've been in the single digit temperatures for three days. Everything that can freeze has frozen.
If you are in a similar area, even though the water in the spa (I'm assuming the spa pump is being used on a spa) is heated, the pump housing isn't. If it iced up, it could very well cause the problems you describe.
Comment back with some more detail before I continue down what might be the wrong path.
Best regards
Mike

I imagine the clicking you are hearing is the relay at the end of the switch (air or electric) that is trying to turn power on the the pump. Since any of those issues would be covered under manufacturers warranty I would suggest you get in contact with them in order to retain your warranty coverage. Even if it turns out to be a disconnected wire or bad relay, fixing it yourself gives the manufacturer the opportunity to void the warranty and potentially leave you stranded with a mess on your hands.

Check for voltage at the pump, before assuming the relays are out... then check for voltage before and after the relay contacts
