Question about LG WM Washing Machines
More often than not, this is a problem with a faulty heater in the machine not getting it up to temperatre (which help the powder dissolve). Put it on a 90 degree wash and keep checking the temperature, if it's not getting hot, then you need to swap out the heater. Ift IS getting hot, then it could be an empty pump problem. If the pump or waste pipe are blocked, the wash will take a very long time but it will be struggling to evacuate water and add fresh, which will also causse powder residue to be left behind. But I'd put my money on a heater fault
